Do you remember a player (a good one) that was from Serbia?.

He wrote some comments on the CHESS forum with nice narrative,

Suddenly one day he was angry with RHP and was banned..... But I think the man was a good guy

sometimes I see a player's name with a line drawn through it..does that mean he has been expelled from RHP ?

Vandervelde was a good guy in my opinion, though he was easy to trigger. I did so at least once inadvertently...we cleared it using PM's.

I think most are good people on here. Some seem to have some issues and may require some help for that, but one has to admit they have a problem first. 😉

I liked him
in fact I bought him a subscription as he was going through some hard times
he had some issues with censorship and the moderators ending with a final dispute with Russ
he was a good player with a sense of humor
