England were rubbish. Every game I've been telling myself 'perhaps we can rise to the occasion.' Well tonight showed that we can't. It's not that the players weren't good enough, it's that they really didn't seem bothered. Throughout the tournament!
In the past it bothered me me when we were ejected from WC's and Euro Championships. But not tonight. We played absolute shiasma and quite deservedly are effing off homeward bound.
