Tinned fish is (apparently) high in heavy metals like mercury. I used to eat 3 or 4 tins of tuna or mackerel a week until i heard this. A healthy alternative is Avocado, which is also good for your brain in a similar way. 🙂

EDIT: I think Oranges are probably top of my list of healthy foods. Not only are they vitamin rich, the pulp cleans the stomach lining and keeps you nice and regular.

Also Lentils and brown rice are my favourite food type. I find i actually feel my body sing with appreciation with brown rice in particular. And it's tasty, which always helps... 🙂

swimming and sauna and steam room, sauna relaxes you which reduces stress which is
good for you. May lower your blood pressure also. Swimming is no impact exercise
and steam room is roasty toasty, take a cold shower and jump back in again

pomegranate juice is a quick fix! 😛
