see thats america's problem, they go around killing innocent people and don't even care.
Again, you have no idea what you're talking about. Just be quiet.

Mindlessly?
No, you'd rather mindlessly believe what you see on the news.
And that flag just so happens to stand for something, and is not just "a piece of cloth on a pole."
Why do people who admit to being a servant of their state (the president is your commander) think they get a balanced view of what's going on the world?
It stands to reason that if you want your troops to fight and die for you, you have to make the enemy look as bad as possible and your goal as just as possible. It's the way it has always been.
A soldier SHOULD be aware that they he or she is the last person to be told the truth.
A flag is a piece of cloth on a pole that represents nothing except what's in your head.

I think most of us know what nationality we are but are gradually starting to come around to the idea that nationhood itself, is probably not too sensible an ideal to cling on to.
Originally posted by chancremechanicI don't think you can recite the five pillars of Islam.
That's why Europe is losing its identity. You will "mindlessly" recite the 5 pillars of Islam 5 times a day....get your kneepads now while they are still cheap
I can't remember them all but one is making the trip to Mecca at least once in your life.
Another is the yearly charitable donation that you must make every year based on a percentage of you income.
You can't recite the above but you can do the one below
Another is the prayer you have to make five times a day.
As I say, can't remember the rest but Islam isn't really my thing.

Documented chemical attacks by the regime, from 1983 to 1988, resulted in some 30,000 Iraqi and Iranian deaths.
Human Rights Watch estimates that Saddam's 1987-1988 campaign of terror against the Kurds killed at least 50,000 and possibly as many as 100,000 Kurds. o The Iraqi regime used chemical agents to include mustard gas a ...[text shortened]... n in October 2001 o At least 130 Iraqi women were beheaded between June 2000 and April 2001
Also, its ironic that you lay the blame on the 400,000 children on Saddam, when it was in fact the u.s. who committed war crimes by bombing Iraq's water and sanitation facilities. The sanctions imposed at the behest of the u.s. obviously didn't help.
Are you saying you disagree with capital punishment?

sure there was a honor-killing in sweden a couple of years ago. on the other hand, there was also a finnish guy hacking people's heads with an axe in the subway, another one blew himself up in a mall, some criminals blew up a car bomb in the middle of the town. all these things happened within a few kilometers from where I live. there was a killing involving cannibalism etc. -when you start digging deep enough, all kinds of strange things happen. but they're separated freak incidents, very very rare.
normally, you could pass out in our central park with all your money scattered around. and probably wake up with someone having collected the bills in a neat pile under a rock, so wind wouldn't blow them away. a friend of mine actually woke up with a pillow and a blanket in a corridore, after being drunk. of course he had no recollection of what had happened, but some kind stranger had obviously let him into the corridore and given things to sleep with. any chance of this happening in any big u.s. city?

It's not the US's fault when the money that could be used for sanitation facilities and such were instead spent on mansions and gold plated AK 47's.
