Do we live in such a messed up time that in order to wins games we make unfounded allegations that result in the banning of players.
Exy's words to me on the news of his banning are: -
"I have nothing to say myself. I think enough people know that the suggestion that I've been cheating for 2 years is prepostureous. Just get people to check the games and they speak for themselves."
I hereby lay down a challenge to anyone reading to present evidence that Exy is a cheat.
If you would rather play chess at a site that is fair then I suggest you vote with your subscription fees.

Sadly, we weren't privy to any of the moderator's evidence for the other removed players; I can't see why that policy would change for Exy.

Exy banned, for cheating ?????
That is the darkest joke RHP has produced so far ... I've played Exy many times, lost some and won some and in some games I only won due to him making a very human error ...
What has RHP boiled down to ??
Who is next, helden (for playing too fast) ????

We don't know why he was banned or what kind of evidence the mods found so don't be so presumptuous.
As for being presumptious. Steve (Exy) has told us that he has been accused of cheating so I wasn't being presumptious.
What I don't like is the way the moderators don't publish full evidence. Bit like an old boys club.

Do you really want to encourage good and fair people to leave the site. After all if you cut out the good people, all that's left are the cheats.
Exy does not use any Game Engines to predict moves but does use a chess program to store the PGN of games so he can take his laptop anywhere and still see his games.
There are rumours abound that the moderators are using SpyWare to detect what you have running on PCs. IMHO this is not going to be evidence - I have a chess program open on my PC when I play so does this make me a cheater? No, I also find it a handy way of storing games without needing to be on-line and upsetting the wife because I'm hogging the phone line all the time.
PS: I'll be getting Broadbannd soon so I should be able to keep the enemy happy. 😉
I would very much doubt if anyone could prove that Exy cheats - I may even stake a few years subscription on it. 😲

I'm sorry, but I've played Exy on many occasions and throughout the games we have chatted a lot, made both many mistakes and in the end I have won far more then lost against him ...
I dont' know his other games, but someone who constantly has 120+ games going AND is active in the forums with a rating that peaked @ 2000 max, is clearly not cheating !!!
If I would turn my engine on, I would reach top 20 easy and Exy wasn't anywhere near that ...
I personally think RHP is going down if they are continuing like that

For RHP to use spyware would be wrong, and probably illegal.
Saying that I can't imagine the mods being that extreme.
