Nah, I think I have a morbid fear of bits dropping off in the tea.

My relationship with pies is in turmoil. In the new Main Stand in Anfield I noticed the food outlets were selling 'Scouse Pie'. There is no such thing and so my heart sank, commercialism, football tourism... Anyway, I gave in and bought one. This is a gorgeous pie. What have I become?

Sorry to digress away from pies, but am I the only person who has ever made a biscuit sandwich?

(Rich tea work well).

A cake sir, no question.
Do you douse them with cream when they get stale, to make them bendy again?

Lots of movement between North east and Liverpool with the ships and docks connection back then. Look out for the purple stained envelope, but the big question is will it be beetroot or red cabbage??

And the pies. The biscuits and the pies and the sandwiches. The biscuits, the pies, the sandwiches and the red cabbage.
