Fried onions and peppers with corn, Chick peas, brown rice and quinoa. I added roasted pumpkin seeds too but they are too chewy so I am picking them back out.

Lamb shanks, roasted for hours in a romertopf with prunes and apricots and chicken stock with bulgar wheat on the side, Aussie (Yellow Tail) wine, strawberries after.

Home made small cakes, a gift from a visitor when she came to pick up her resuscitated computer after a virus infection. Lightly ginger flavoured, with small pieces of ginger inside.

The ginger virus is very dangerous, I wouldn't taste it.

Badgers' nipples lightly toasted in cuckoo saliva and served in the dried scrotum of a goat. An acquired taste, I have to admit.

Sounds good, I may drop the honey and add it to my type 2 diabetes recipe book.
