I suppose OCD is the wrong acronym and more like ADHD. Getting bored quickly and having a "change of scenery". Probably in the case of books, it is normal behaviour.
Why do we so quickly put things down to disorders? Can't it just be that we are restless because there are so many things to choose from?

    That is a wise word.

"Normality" has a broad band of behaviour. Not every excentricity is a disorder.

    I have just finished:

Ingo Schultze: Peter Holtz: Sein glückliches Leben erzählt von ihm selbst

An interesting book about the German "Wende" the demise of the GDR and the reunification. Probably a nice read if you are interested in the Transformation of the German Society end of the 80's early nities.

After having been on the to be read list for some time I now have read:

    Terry Pratchett/Stephen Baxter

    The Long War

A quite interesting take on a multiverse in which some can chaneg between different worlds which are more or less like the earth we live in.

Only quarter way through at present. Astonished by the violence and that no one dies as a result, but then it is fiction i suppose.
