I suppose OCD is the wrong acronym and more like ADHD. Getting bored quickly and having a "change of scenery". Probably in the case of books, it is normal behaviour.

"Normality" has a broad band of behaviour. Not every excentricity is a disorder.

An interesting book about the German "Wende" the demise of the GDR and the reunification. Probably a nice read if you are interested in the Transformation of the German Society end of the 80's early nities.
