How do you exorcise your morning demons?

EDIT: I wrote "exercise" instead of "exorcise", but now I'm thinking I was right the first time...
My alarm clock.

You'd bend a biscuit to break it, ready to dunk in coffee / alternative hot drink.

It may just be a Euphimism though - like Bashing the Bishop/Choking the Chicken/Spanking the Monkey/Shaking Hands with the Unemployed.... i could go on 😉
Dogs bend fresh, hot, steaming biscuits several times a day. It's a euphemism alright, but not for getting it ready to dunk in coffee...unless you really like "scat". 😲

Nah, it's what people say when they talk about their own mother, not other people's mothers.
