He more or less wants to know your "stats." How much do you weigh, what are your fighting creds, etc. Paul Reubens was the guy who played Pee Wee Herman. He was a wuss. He's trying to sound like a tough guy, and he wants to know why you're asking for a fight. What he doesn't realise is that no one who has ever really been in a fight says any of the dumbass things he just posted. Good enough translation?

Edit - oh yeah, he called you "brother" but he spelled it wrong... it's "brah." Which comes from the Hawaiian Islands, Samoan culture. He's trying to also sound laid-back and relaxed about being a tough guy. Too bad it's not fooling anyone.
