As far as I can see he was indicating that having a debate about the moderation of sex as a subject was stupid. In fact in his words more stupid than the most stupid thing he'd ever come across, that being talks about the subject of how best to get the opposing sides in Ireland to sit at the same table. How was that stupid? How is what we're discussing in this thread stupid? And how is either more stupid than the other? The only stupid thing I can see in this is his original post, if he didn't want to take part in the debate then he is free not to. Instead he suggests everyone doing so is stupid and does so with a ridiculous analogy.
