Can anybody recommend any wild holiday destination for me to go on
this year, bearing in mind that I have already been to Ibiza twice and Majorca once. Some place where I can party as well as chill and have plenty of things action packed to see and do.

What sort of wild holiday do you want?

The Gaza stroke or Falluja are probably quite wild, but equally probably, not to everyone's taste.

If you really want to party, sign up to Eurocamps, Canvas or Euro sites and go and work in France for 3 or 4 months over the summer! Try to get on a big campsite with lots of counsilors. Most people want to go South, but the bigger the campsite, generally, the better the parties! North, South, East or West...

Equally, check out the lonley planet guide for 'youth' campsites through-out the world, especially Europe.
Some of these campsites have live music each night and tons of people partying into the early hours of the morning. The great thing is that you can do 3 or 4 campsites in 2 weeks and travel about a bit as well.
Youth hostels can be great too.

Or just go to Lorett de Mar and get drunk on the fake beach.

Well, how far are you willing to travel? I would recommend: Vancouver, Mazatlan, and Cancun

If you enjoy hiking, I would suggest the Pacific Crest Trail.

Mexico to Canada in 2600 miles of heaven, it should only take you about 6 months.

Yeah, it's called the M40. When in High Wycombe you should find it as soon as possible.
