now doubling rooks on the c column seems a nice plan
EDIT: HMMM; Kramnik played 20 ...... f6 obviously intending to bring the bishop to f7. But White can double rooks on the d-file with the Bishop on b6 controlling d8.

But Rc6 is right! 🙂
Edit: 22.Rad1 seems dangerous... But only "seems"

Doesn't matter yet; Topalov's trying to get his king side pawn rollings with h4.

Now I believe K has a little advantage

EDIT: Maybe White's bishop is misplaced after 22 ...... Rxd3 23 Rxd3 Bc5.
Originally posted by no1marauderyes, that's why a few post above I sugested doubling the rooks for black, the concrete idea was to play Rc6 followed by Rhc8 ...

Edit: I think that now what is left on the board are some stupid time lost by Toppy with his pawn moves on the Kong side...
May be a little advantage for Kramnik.

I know it is a simplistic way of looking at it, but
Topalov: 35min/16 moves = 2.1875min/move
Kramnik: 74/16 = 4.625min/move
Could we see Kramnik trying his best to complicate the position here? Get topa to move to quick and cause a blunder?
