You need something new; what has been found does not back up your narrative.

We don't have all the answers Kelly, but the answers we do have categorically rules out the biblical narrative. - This is a given.

Please give the answers you think you have, are they facts or opinions! The question about information that can setup and maintain functionally intergrated systems is always found to be due to agency a mind. Let’s hear your counter to that, without a reason you cannot say it is reasonable to say an unguided process would ever build any system of any kind be it biological or otherwise.

We know enough Kelly to categorically state with certainty that we did not originate from 2 humans in a garden.

To have to write that in the 21st century is rather depressing.

Give your reasons. For it to be reasonable there must be reasons. I get it runs counter to your worldview, but that only means it runs counter to your worldview. If you have nothing more than that, you are only suggesting it is not true, because you don’t believe it.

We evolved as a species.

Catch up already.

Well, again, you are telling what you believe, not exactly showing me anything that you and I can agree on that is factual, which suggests your worldview is actually capturing the reality we live in.

So the fact we actually have fossils from over a million years ago showing definite morphological changes, earlier skull types and so forth, the fossil evidence is clear, WE ARE EVOLVING even today. But we won out over all the earlier forms, probably by just out screwing Neandertals and Denisovans.

We have fossils, but the claims about their age are claims. Even if true, the age of these fossils does not reveal anything about how life originated, where the information in living systems came from, or why it is maintained over time. Even if the age is correct, that only shows that in life, the stability of the life process is quite incredible. If there is a change over time, the programming ability to do that would be even more incredible than having life start at once and degrade over time into different species.

IF there is change over time. Humans are WALLOWING in life forms, virus, bacteria, prions, parasites. ALL those life forms, dust mites, have shown evolution.
You are a voice of minority. People who because of their religion they doubt anything saying Earth is 4 billion years old since they KNEW Earth is only 8000 years old.
No talking to those folks.

It does not matter how many of us think this or that; it only matters if what we say is true, does it reflect reality, or not? Claims of truth require examination. If you can demonstrate how the information driving living systems originated without the singular means we know about, a mind, you need to have something other than 'I don’t want to believe that.

We understand where informational instructions originate. You ignore the one piece of this discussion that has nothing to do with chance and necessity; those two things driving any process will never give us the types of processes we see in life, let alone so stable that it could carry life along for billions or millions of years, getting more complex instead of degrading.
