Potentially interesting story - any shrewd guesses?
The Census of Marine Life estimated there are one million-plus species in the oceans, with at least three-quarters of them yet to be discovered.

Interesting. Maybe it's an old archaeological site from a time when it wasn't under water? Or something man-made that has fallen into the water? Or is it a hoax?
It reminds me of the 'face on Mars' that was an optical illusion. Or maybe it really is the Millenium Falcon and Star Wars was a documentary? But seriously, I'm guessing the disturbance to one side would be due to the effect of the prevailing tide and I'm guessing the 'thing' it's man made.
In any case I'm curious and I would love to find out more.....
When I went to that link I found another link, a video of and "orb" . It goes for about 3mins.
Interestingly ufoligists have named 2011 "The Year of the Orb", because they have been popping up so much lately, for some reason.
I found this orb video very compelling,(obviously easy to fake), but if you study the subject seriously, which I try to, then you will notice "intelligent movements" that this particular orb seems to make.
Of course, as usual, I dont expect to change any minds here, and I'm preaching to the converted , if anything.
But thanks all the same, avalanchethecat, I had a blast checking out that orb video.
As for the underwater ufo, I have no idea yet as to what it may be.
Like the story said, if it was military then "they " would have come to recover it.
Interesting ....
