Your insults about our clan and attitude did that bat boy. I know it has been going on longer, but since I can’t remember the exact time frame and didn’t want to make a false statement I said what I knew for sure so I wouldn’t feel dishonest.
What you feel and what is going on are two completely different things. Now is the time to decide on what you want to do. I am not the one with the insults you started, expect to get back what you give human nature my friend.
Nothing was ever solved by arguing I was actually agreeing with you, but talking about the problems that would be involved with many of the Clan leaders not playing each other. I believe the clan Leader or one of his members mentioned that 8 clans refused to play them.
I know the Clan leader very well and he is a very tough negotiator but fair. Everyone likes to have a slight edge that is a certainty. No getting away from that my friend.

Had it crossed your mine that people simply may not want to play on your clan? That is a possibility why you have a hard time recruiting!

It seems to me that there is more non subs on the site than ever.
Would it be practical to give non subs a taste of clan play by allowing non sub clans?
Obviously they couldn't be allowed the same privileges as normal clan players,but say for example a clan comprised of non subs could play in the system for a maximum of say 5 ongoing challenges against any other clan including clans of subscribers?
On the negative side,would some players cancel their subscription and join a non sub clan?
It would need the admins to send a message to all non subs to see if there was any interest.

I didn't talk crap about your Clan, I just said the reason you can't get people is because people don't want to join your Clan. Both Trevor and Bish started new clans and didn't seem to have a problem getting more than 6 players!!!
It wasn't an insult against you or your clan. They just may not want to play for you for reasons of their own. I am sure everyone can see you back and forth with people on here and they just might not like the Optics. Being a Clan Leader you should be very careful in what you say, and watch not to be insulting just looks bad.
I have been in leadership roles since I was 18 and half. I been involved in Chess now for over 50 years now, and you? Trust me I have the experience in leadership roles and have had the best teachers along the way.

Here is the problem with your idea. Why bother joining up (Buying a Subscription) if they can play so many clan games for nothing?
On the other side of the coin they would bring in revenue from the advertisements they would have to endure. Something to take a serious look at in my opinion.

As usual you don't know me or have a clue what you are talking about. I am also a co-captain on another Site, and I was in a high Management position, did payroll, purchasing & receiving, hiring and firing people.
You have a very bad habit of putting your fingers in gear without knowing what you are talking about, as I said it gives bad optics to people who might have even considered joining your clan.

I completely agree! I am sure when he has decided we will hear something from him. I am certainly not going to try and push him, as he will decide in his own time. You know as well as me, Russ never rushes into anything but takes his time and think it over. It has only been lately pretty well everyone seems to be on the same page, including our long time members.
