Hinduism is the branch, and Vedanta Sutra is the tree.

The word Hindu will not be found in the original Sanskrit Vedic teachings.

It will only be found in Vedic teachings where someone has translated it, in recent times.

In recent times you will find many many unauthorized translations of Vedic knowledge.

If someone is interested in spiritual knowledge from the Vedas, they must know where to find the authorized translations by the pure spiritual master.

Did you know that there are 400 translations of Bhagavad Gita.....but only one is authorized.

This is the age of Kali, and cheating is everywhere to be found.

Silly? Why is it silly? I was simply making the point that anyone can say anything they want but it doesn't make it true. Simply because you say it doesn't make it true! If any of you find yourselves in the northern front range of Colorado's Rocky Mountains, Stop by the town fo Greeley, Colorado where you will find a drive-in called JB's. Darn good burgers there. It was a favorite haunt of mine in my High School years.
