@ghost-of-a-duke saidYou know full well - because I told you repeatedly - that I am never going to repeat in public the point of view on this particular matter that I shared in private with you, because of its sensitive nature. And as a result, I have never once in 10 years said anything in public about it, something you are apparently now seeking to undo.
Sure. When somebody is brave enough to share deeply personal things about themselves in a public forum why is it necessary to accuse them of lying? And why am I automatically naive for believing them?
@ghost-of-a-duke saidWhat is it you think I said in a public forum about those deeply personal things?

@ghost-of-a-duke saidI have no idea whether it's true so I ignored it. I responded to the first thing you said which I thought was peculiar.
Why exclude this part of my post:
'Had I been in a private forum while you were not present and were being slated, I would have defended you. (And indeed have done so at length on more that one occasion in Debates due to you not posting in that forum). '
'flounced' is such a great word
i'm reminded of the time i was dragged kicking and screaming to a dance and was choked up beyond reason with my fear of looking awkward
a lady asked me to dance (it WAS a dance, after all) and when i passed out she flounced off to her next target
i'm also reminded of the time when i was told "NO" and i was frustrated and i did the flouncing
that's all i got, back to
"yes you did"
"no i didn't"
@ghost-of-a-duke saidWhy have you chosen to reveal it in public despite knowing full well that it is a sensitive issue for the person involved?
Nothing. You said it in the club forum. The reason I left the club.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidI haven't posted in the Debates Forum for 6 or 7 years. What does it matter what someone says about me there?
The last time was when Becker took something from the SF into Debates to whack you with. I defended you at length without a moments thought.
@rookie54 saidIt was a long time ago but I use to flounce into the school disco.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidAnd how is that "defending" anybody? We disagreed about something. We were both clear about why we thought what we thought. I even said I thought your attitude was a virtue and even a strength. How did leaving "defend" anything or anyone?
You said it in the club forum. The reason I left the club.
@fmf saidWhy? You'll only deny it and gaslight even more about it, like always.
That's what his family said. It's a serious matter, Suzianne. Not really forum banter material. If you have some theory or accusation to make, don't be mealy-mouthed about it.
Besides, why should I care what you run off and pout about?
You shouldn't act like this is some new revelation for you.
I've accused you and the rest of your tag team of this for as long as he's been gone. Nothing more needs to be said, unless you want to continue acting like you are blameless.
