God is good, righteous, just, holy, all-powerful, all-knowing, timeless without beginning or end, and unchanging.

We were made in His image, thoughts?

This assertion seems to me to be a parochial and navel-gazing-driven bit of speculation.

Presumably, by "God", you mean some kind of creator entity.

If so, why are you giving it human attributes?

Perhaps, this creator entity's attributes are the laws of physics and chemistry, and the universe, as we observe it, is the only manifestation of this entity that we currently know.

God, as represented in the OT, is clearly none of those things. (Even by His own standards).

When I thumb down you know. Typically when asked for thoughts about a topic, the request is for thoughts about the topic, not the first thing that comes to mind that has nothing to do with the topic.

The ten plagues of Egypt are a clear example of your point.
The story was great for Moses, but extremely unjust for the innocent Egyptians who had nothing to do with Moses and Pharaoh.

I disagree, we see the consequences of sin in the OT and in the NT God’s solution. Same God in the OT hung on the cross in the NT.

KellyJay, you would be a terrible juror.
You have no concept of sifting through evidence, and making a logical conclusion.
Do you realize.......God gave you a brain to use?

As per our understanding, knowledge = 🤯🥱
