His answer, unless YOU don't understand it, means that it is BOTH inside us and outside us.

Your "I guess you don’t understand" blurt appears more intent on landing a quibble-some 'blow' than talking about this in good faith.

with the question's possible answers, how you find a binary choice incomprehensible,
is incomprehensible. I see no reason to continue to try and discuss anything with you

The thing about God I don’t believe we can point to a primary attribute that would make one lesser. Being Holy, Righteous, Good, Love, could not be more important than Just and so on. Every attribute would have to be perfectly satisfied at all times in everything God.
