I think there is something SPECIFIC that happened to you that fuels the general conveyed resentment you have towards people of faith in Christ like me.

I think you could trace back your feeling of general disgust, suspicion, distrust, to something particular in your human experience.

That's my opinion. I think you have at least one specific offense in your memory. I get a kind of sense that whenever you talk with some Christians, you're trying to get back at somebody.

I could be wrong.

I am absolutely surrounded by Christian friends and family here and entirely content. I "talk with some Christians" every day. I simply don't believe what you [and they] believe anymore. The process was relatively gradual and not an upheaval or unpleasant in the slightest. There was no conflict and no struggle. It was spiritual and intellectual, and not emotional at all. I've stated this several times in this forum. As I think you well know. "Kicked me in the groin psychologically or socially?" You're kind of funny when someone has rubbed your peacock feathers the wrong way! 😵

Well I find you to be a cold and joyless ideologue. I wouldn't call it "resentment". It's not "resentment" at all. It's more like "unimpressed".

"unimpressed" ... "underwhelmed" ... "rather boring." Okay.

And it may not surprise you that your "contributions" to the Spirituality Forum discussion kind of hit me in a similar way.

Could you point me to what you consider your most significant discussion participation in the last few years ? Where is a string of posts that you consider really to have been your substantial input to the subject of Spirituality ?

I'd like to read you at your best, in your opinion.

I read your longish post that included the copy and paste. I had a question that you ignored. Do you think Harry Potter films are "immoral"? Do you believe "Satan" has "exploited" Harry Potter films?
They have spiritistic influance all thru them so yes they are not aceptable for me to watch.
It seems you have a hard time understanding just about everyones answers to you. Why is that?

Did you not read your own cut and paste? It suggested that much entertainment is "immoral". Do you think Harry Potter films are "immoral"?

I am not worried about this in the slightest. I have no desire to change your mind about anything. To be "unimpressive" to you is not a problem.

Like your grumblings, jabs, and insults are just brimming over with happiness and joy ?

You're funny FMF.

What people cannot understand is your [and JWs in general] lack of strength of character. You come across as a weak-minded piece of chaff/garbage blowing wherever the wind goes. You cannot possibly represent the powerful personality portrayed by Christ and the Apostles. No doubt the WatchTower Org reduces followers to that.

Bit of a long post jaywill and i'm still not clear where you would draw the line and why?

In the situation in Romans 14 about his contemporary Christians eating food where do you see Paul drawing the line ?

Try to detect where the line is drawn about eating there - (Romans 14:1-12).

Well I am not a pontificating long-winded windbag ideologue, it's true. I'm a little waspish at times, also true. As for the cod psychology, I'm not sure you have much traction there, not after your tabloid agony aunt cliches at the bottom of the previous page.

Ah. So YOU are not a pontificating long-winded ideologue. That is very good.

Then again I guess it could be because you just don't have anything worth telling anyone.
