For you to feel this way is fine by me. If you need someone to oppose your ideology with their ideology, count me out. There are plenty of partisan religionists and ideologues here.

Perhaps you have some non-conventional definition of "ideologue" tailor made for your personal reality.

The thread was Awkward Moments in Hell.

Talks on Megadeath and Smashing Pumkins belong best on the Cultures Forum.

Do you give up Rock because so many groups have differences and even arguments against each other ?

Didn't think so.

I did not initiate the thread drift. But thread drift there was. So what is your personal definition of "ideologue"?

Does this analogy work for you? Seems facile and contrived to me.

Sounds like you want me to count you in and not out.

I'll count you out as you originally requested.
No more questions of me from you, Curious George.

You cannot possibly represent the powerful personality portrayed by Christ and the Apostles. No doubt the WatchTower Org reduces followers to that.
Oh ok. So I guess you are saying you are the prime specimen of a follower of Christ? So exactly how do you do that? What qualities have you shown here at RHP that would fit a Christians description and make a non Chrisatian be drawn to you?
Please write them down in detail for us as in the 3 or so years I've seen your post, I have seen nothing from you that slightly resembles a Christians qualities.
So please explain those to me so I can learn and be a student of yours....

(perhaps you should follow your own caps here) and this:
I am personally shocked to see the amount of Christians whose faith is so shallow that they need to place so much emphasis on such nonsense. I guess it is no surprise.
(I guess it's not) and of course, this:
The ones with their nose in the air who are modern day Pharisees, who Christ called the children of the Devil, who “ honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. “, are the ones to be wary of.

Again, Matthew 7 screams out to you, especially verse 5.

Perhaps you should make the same effort to "understand AND FOLLOW the teachings and example of Christ" that you constantly exhort others to do.

Seen 'em all. The Harry Potter ones are easily the worst, and I reckon god would probably not want anybody to watch such awful drivel, but not 'cos of the magic in it.

Incidentally, what about Macbeth? Are christians allowed to watch that?

Also - good thread, 7-8/10 would read again

To Rajk you say: What qualities have you shown here at RHP that would fit a Christians description and make a non Chrisatian be drawn to you?"

Don't you mean drawn to Christ? Isn't that what matters?

Do you think that here on RHP you have drawn non Christians to you OR to Christ? If so, what qualities did you show?

I almost never pass up the chance to watch a Ray Harryhausen flick. All the devil's work, obviously, but brilliant stuff nonetheless.

I saw Macbeth at the Kings theatre in Glasgow, it was violent, i am sure they had like a
plastic doll and chopped its head off, I've also seen some Greek tragedies, Oedipus Rex
at the citizens theatre which have very small rooms, so close you can feel the phlegm
from an enthusiastic actor upon your face and I've also seen Salome by Oscar Wilde as
well, that was a weird production, someone above the set threw sand half of which
landed on the audience! I wouldn't watch Harry Potter for the very reasons that you
specified, in the name of good taste!
