Jesus Christ performed miracles and raised people from the dead and still some people who witnessed these events refused to believe....

And, much as you may not like it, God doesn’t answer to us or jump through hoops for us. We answer to Him.

The “still small voice” passage in the Bible is one of my favorite passages from the Old Testament. Maybe even my favorite.
“And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?
And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake:
And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.
And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?”
(1 Kings 19:9-13)

any presents and the Tooth Fairy hasn't collected any teeth.
Now the FSM ... that is another question altogether.

And, much as you may not like it, God doesn’t answer to us or jump through hoops for us.
Much like Zeus, Odin and all the others.
Of course in the old days god did lots.
Gave us the rainbow.
The rain.
The sun.
Food.
Disease.
Famine.
Pestilence.
But nowadays we can explain all that.
So god can sit back in his celestial arm-chair and take a nap for eternity.
And you god-fearing suckers can waste your lives pondering why a loving god
would have his son nailed up so that he could forgive someone eating an apple.

“For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.
But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.
The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.”
(Psalm 37:10-13)

The Flying Spaghetti Monster shall laugh at those gnashing.
