Does that ever happen to you?
After a day of debating and arguing?
But, I find my discussions and arguments and berratings and conversations here don't actually make me feel down, even when I come up against absolute raving lunatics.
It helps that many of the lunatics live in North America and Europe - a very long way away ...

I should clarify. I don't mean clinically depressed. I just mean worn out from trying so hard to form a decent argument. I would love to prove something about what I believe. But that's ok. I'm having fun here just the same.
Maybe some day I'll develop an argument heard around the world. But I doubt it.

Although it is Queensland and here in Oz, people from that state are often recognised as being a bit strange. (And I say that having been born there.)

But I agree it is very tiresome to have arguing and have ones attack ones beliefs or ideas. It shouldn't happen but that's the world we live in. But knowing who the ruler of this world is at this time, it's not supprising that ones with no good in their hearts are here from time to time.
Jesus said to be peaceable, so we should all try our best to do that.

Your response? How about have a nice day and move on to those who know they are in need of a "physician". 😉
I get the impression that the atheist fully understands the theist's point of view, and figure this isn't a sensible position to take.
The theist cannot comprehend the atheists point of view, and in light of this, does not figure this is a sensible position to take.
Each side seems to claim that the other side are the ones that cannot comprehend their point of view.
Could it be that I am biased?
