Here Jesus was speaking to the hypocrites and liars. These were the Pharisees at that time. In these modern times Islam would be condemned by Jesus.
Mohammed was a nasty piece of work. His followers seem to view everything he did as acceptable. So they groom and rape little girls. They murder non Muslims. They conquor weaker peaceful civilisations. They take slaves, including sex slaves. Right now all across North Africa people die by the thousands every day because of Islam.

Clearly it is the false prophets, like the Jehovah Witnesses, that lead people down that broad way to hell.
