If the monogamous institution is a social construct that we have created that is not innate to our true selves, what is wrong with polygamy?

Nothing. I fully support the notion of having more than one wife, having a wife hierarchy, and being able to dump wife's as they pass their hotness/usefulness scale.

Well, it's not a social construct. With a false premise the argument fails.

Besides, isn't one dipstick husband enough for a woman? Why would she want two or more ego stricken testosterone laden Neanderthal knuckle dragging flee bitten harry assed morons hanging around wrecking the house?

Or for a woman having two husbands, or even more than two.
Why not living in two pairs, each one having two of the opposite sex.
Marriage? Well, society doesn't permit that, sorry.

    I wasn't being serious.

Most non religious people believe it is, so I'm trying to understand it from their perspective.

Most in this category are really ugly women. And would you really want to have a lot of chickens bickering at you all day long.

Well the state does not allow polygamists to marry cuz it's yucky. Therefore, it must be bad

Gay marriage, though, is "A" OK. 😵
