Jesus certainly understood the issues with people not being able to understand His words. No matter how often you place His words in front of them, no matter how much explanation you offer, it's as if they "have eyes but cannot see".

Jesus will judge all people and he said the righteous will enter the Kingdom of God

but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity."

The key here is that they only "outwardly appear righteous unto men" while the reality is that they "are full of hypocrisy and iniquity". This means that they weren't really righteous. They only appeared to be righteous to men.
