No, that is what you said. If you go back and read what I said you will see that it is subtly different. Furthermore, I have given you clear evidence that in the past, certain types of rape at least were not viewed in this way.

I note your persistent failure to consider my wider points. Should I presume that you are quite happy about the idea having all practicing homosexuals stoned to death?
So are you saying your view that rape is wrong is correct and people who believe its ok are also correct? 🙄 Or are neither of you correct?

When the pharisees wanted to stone the woman for adultery Jesus said let him who has no sin throw the first stone.

No, what I am saying is what I have said in my previous posts. You are being your usual disingenuous self in deliberately attempting to paraphrase what I have written in a way you can fatuously disregard.

Are you ignoring the homosexuality/death penalty question because you are aware of how morally bankrupt your position is?

Now you are being just as evasive as FMF. Do you believe your view that rape is always wrong is correct? Yes or No?

See my post where I addressed your death penalty question.

I have made my position quite clear, it is up to you to read and try to understand.

You have not responded to any of my questions regarding homosexuality and the death penalty.

Do you believe your view that rape is always wrong is correct? Yes or No? This is a simple question that you won't answer.

I have answered it. As I said, I cannot conceive of a set of circumstances in which I would think rape was a morally correct course of action. I then went on to point out that there are societies today where my view would not be considered correct, and that in the past, in my own society, my view would not be considered correct by the majority of right-thinking people. Did you really need me to restate this?

Your post at the top of the page relates to adultery, not homosexuality. Do you think these are the same thing?

So you cannot give me an answer to the question: Do you believe rape is always wrong? Either you believe it is or you don't. So which is it? Yes or No?

With regards to stoning, I believe he that has no sin can throw the first stone.

So you don't consider the death penalty to be morally acceptable?

Do you believe that your view that rape is always wrong is correct, and that someone who believes that rape is ok would have an incorrect belief? Or do you think two contradictory beliefs are both true?

I have not said that I believe that rape is always wrong, I have said that I cannot conceive of a set of circumstances in which it would not be wrong. It is an important distinction.

If another person from the same society as me seriously espoused a belief that rape was ok, I would think that he was wrong.

So, homosexuality, yes/no? Death penalty yes/no? Death penalty for homosexuality yes/no?

So you cannot just come out and say that it's always wrong because you are open to the possibility that it could be ok? 🙄

No, No and No.
