Just saying.
you tell that to Jesus when he asks you why you didn't go. But wait, of course, you
have guns to make your country a safer place, ooops, amnesia again.

I think he would appreciate that I used the brain that God gave me to endure
to the end, instead of committing suicide like Judas.

What if someone accepts Christ and is 'saved by grace' but continues to sin?

And its not about grace v works. They dont oppose each other. They compliment eac ...[text shortened]... tar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? [/i]
I guess we can argue that that person was never really saved? I guess I don't fully understand the question.

Still very good subject.

I would venture to say we are not justified by works alone either for God see our works done in our own pride and vanity as filthy.

I have to respond to my post. As much as I don't want to I have to apologize to RJH for calling the man stupid. It goes against my grain but he has a view that a few others also have here so I can't single him out as it wouldn't be fair.
But if you guys only for a second of your time would stop and think about these comments that the JW's irritate, or ...[text shortened]... doing this.
Being nice does not mean you agree but it sure makes our day better.
Thats like a guy who has listened to the teachings of one of the Apostles .. say Paul and he got baptised into Christ.

Subsequently some Jew comes knocking on his door telling him that he must be circumcised otherwise he cannot be saved.

You are like the disobedient Jews who tell people they have to do or believe things not preached by Christ or Paul.

I think the simplest thing to do is stop knocking on peoples doors to
peddle the Watchtower propaganda for them. There are many other ways
they can advertise these days. There is no need to antagonize your
neighbors or put yourself at risk, etc, anymore. Just stop it. Use common
sense like Christian church organizations do. JW's and the Mormons
are the only ones that require this type of proselytizing.
Until Jesus tells us different my friend we will continue to do as he said. No government will stop us from doing this much less a man as yourself..

I agree with that caution. We do use common sense in those situations believe me. And there are even a couple countries around the world that we hardly ever go into and if we do it's very undercover and we know if we get caught it could turn out bad..

The confusion in salvation is not understanding who this applies to. Not all humans are offerd this salvation. It's only the ones who will be going to heaven to serve as Kings and Judges with Jesus. No humans on earth will ever be given immortality as none before us were ever offered that blessing that have the hope of living on this earth.
