I doubt it. He is a called and ordained servant of God.
This might explain a few things...

Do you deny that kirksey is an ordained servant of God?

Originally posted by DoctorScribblesI still think you’re probably joking, but I’ll assume for the sake of argument that you’re telling the truth.

There are places in the Bible that say Christians are not supposed to hang with the wicked. Jesus did because he was Jesus. Kisksey does not believe that we can ever be like Jesus. I know this because we’ve discussed it.
Has he tried to convert you? Has he tried to lead you back to the Lord?

Originally posted by The Chess ExpressI think kirksey is wise enough to know that conversion is not a transitive verb. He may very well be using sublime tactics to lead me from the path of Darkness, but I shall remain steadfast in my dedication to all that is wrong.

Originally posted by DoctorScribblesIt’s not. I’m not sure where though. Here is one passage that might apply.
Show me. This sounds incompatible with the Christianity that I know.
Matt 7:6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
I’ll have to search a little bit, but there are plenty more where that came from.
From what I know of the reverend you are more likely to convert him.
Edit: Come to think of it, I’m probably going against Matt 7:6 myself…eesh 😞
