I'm in my mid sixties. I said I was an atheist/agnostic from my late teens until my early twenties. It was during this period of time I was arguing with theists. I did not argue with theists when I stopped being an atheist/agnostic. And I said nothing about arguing with theists on the internet... because there was no internet during that time. The internet did not exist when I was in my early twenties. Do the math.

Sure, go ahead and look it up. But when you say "in order to argue more effectively with this sits on the internet" what do you mean by "with this sits on the internet"? Are you trying to now change what you meant when you claimed I was arguing on the internet as an agnostic?

Don't worry, I made the mistake of using the wrong bait... I'm more likely to catch FMF in that trap.

So my longstanding belief in the reality of the Lake of Fire is misinformed? If so, then where are my family members and close friends who have died without having believed in Jesus Christ now and what will be their eternal destiny?

You are mistaken.

This is what happens when someone that knows the truth debates with someone who doesn't. Confusion is the natural consequence.

Maybe he meant I was on the internet when I told him about the time I argued with theists.

I wasn't on the phone with him or tell him about this in person. I got onto the internet, logged onto this site, went to the message boards here and talked about the time I argued with theists when I was an atheist/agnostic. I first started using the internet in the late 90s, so even if the internet existed during the late 60s and early 70s I couldn't have been talking to theists (on the internet) during that period of time... because I didn't start using the internet until the late 90s.

If I had known about the internet back then (late 60s and early 70s) I certainly would have tried using it, but I didn't even know it existed...
This makes me so angry!

Why don't people tell me these things!
Why am I always the last to know?!
