Where did you get this from?

Let me see...1) We can't be sure 2) We can't be sure 3) Eternal recurrence 4) The moral law within

How's that?

This is not about scientific fact; worldviews are about convictions. At this rate you might as well answer "don't know" to all and then drown yourself -- be it in water or alcohol.

Why should I drown myself? What is it with you and suicide?

Ever heard the figure of speech: "drowning your sorrows"?

Of course I have. Alcoholism is an equal-opportunity, non-denominational affliction. And? Are you tempted to drown your sorrows? Is your personal faith the only obstacle between you and the bottle?

And?

Nothing; because without any conviction, that is all you'll have.

Only one who is not content with his current reality needs to suppress it.

Did you answer the question? I can't tell, but I assume you find the status quo hunky-dory.

There are alternatives to suppression; transformation, for one.

You failed to make any point by bringing in alcoholism. Do you ever have a drink for fun?

Back to my point -- you can't have transformation without the direction of a convictional worldview. Revolution cannot be an end unto itself.
