I heard something last night. A whisper of something. "Change your wicked ways", it said. I can't help but wonder. Was it the voice of God? What do you guys think?
I'm just not sure what to do right now. I try for 2 decades to have a conversation with him. Nothing. Then I do a decade as an atheist, becoming more and more outspokenly anti-god, as you a ...[text shortened]...
I'm afraid all my anti-god posts this morning were just a facade. I'm so confused right now. 🙁

I knew that when I read it, I was just hoping. I saw your humor in the words.
But who can blame them - what a coup it would be to take down one of RHP's most prominent atheists, right? 🙂

SG, your anecdotal self proclaimed status on this forum tonight means far less to me than your earlier comments:
"Note: You've previously established on this forum that twenty plus years ago you believed in Christ.
Today you're a Prodigal Son coming home... rest easy in the embrace of God's Unfailing Love." (Page 3)

Not really.
Actually, not at all.
I just happen to think you're an idiot for pulling the prank.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Continue on with your masturbatory path.
It seems to fit you nicely.
(God I missed hating you for that whole day. Welcome back! 😀)

Perhaps that makes me a five year old.
When I was younger, I was always enthralled with people who could pull a good con: Paper Moon with Ryan O'Neal was one of my favorites.
As I matured, I came to see the 'marks' as the better part of the con; the con man had nothing at the end of the day whereas the mark had plenty of love left over.

RajK,
If you think that salvation in Christ alone allows people to be unGodly, then go to Bob Jones University for 4 years with a degree and see if you think that they teach unGodliness. I went there myself and they do no teach unGodliness. One of the sayings that came from there by the first founder preaches to do right ,young people, do right.
Check out Bob Jones University in person and see if you think they teach unGodliness. You don't know the things I have been taught growing up in Christian school. But they were there, none the less.
RajK,
After you see Bob Jones University for yourself, then go to Pensacola Christian College, Hyles Anderson College, and Ambassador Baptist College.
I have not been to Hyles Anderson or Ambassador, but I heard about Hyles when I was growing up. As for Ambassador, I knew the Evangelist, Ron Comfort, when I was growing up that was supposed to start a Christian College.
But Bob Jones University is the Christian college that I had most to deal with. I also went to part of elementary, junior high, and senior high in Christian school. I was not taught to be lax when it came to living for God and being open to do what God wanted.
SwissGambit,
Were you serious about considering giving your life to God? If not, the joke is not on us. But God will not mocked according to the bible. Either way, it is your soul that you are not caring about.
King James Version
==============
Hebrews 2: 3
How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Galatians 6: 7
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

FMF,
Rajk, I guess, thinks that accepting Christ alone for salvation allows Christians to be lax when living for God. But he doesn't know what I have experienced. He doesn't know the Christian teaching that I have been given. So, RajK may contiinue to think that works are all that matters when gaining eternal life.
Rejecting Christ will not get him to God no matter how many "good" things he thinks he has accomplished.
If a person is asked, "why should you be taken to be with Christ?"
The answer, "because I have lived like Christ told everyone to live even though I never accepted Christ as my Savior" will not be the solution.
