The Spirit is of God and that Spirit was spoken to us by God's Word.

If any part of that us untrue, then all if it is untrue.

You are illogically conflating the existence of Jesus with the truth of the words attributed to Him.

Just as it would be illogical to conflate the existence of Albert Einstein with the truth of the words attributed to him.

You seemed to understand this and then you subsequently seemed unable to separate the existence of the person from the words at ...[text shortened]... l, this is because you still buy into the mythology even though you find the mythology "absurd".
The theory of relativity does not rely on a personal interaction between Einstein and the stars.

The words of Jesus rely on HIM being directly involved in a personal connection to God. Jesus Himself matters in regards to His own words, and if you remove Jesus....the words crumble.

Yes I mean expressing hatred. I can't ever remember you talking about homosexuals in a 'they shouldn't play on the freeway kind of way'. Are you confident you always embody the intended spirit of "the words of Jesus" here. For example, do you love John McCain even as you wish he dies soon?
I do hope John McCain dies as I do all the establishment politicians. That way the US has a chance. It would be the same reaon Seargent York killed Germans, to stop them from slaughtering his friends.

As for practicing homosexuals, I only relay God's truth. You can call it hate if you like.

Spirit is truth. Truth is life. Truth is God. Truth is truth regardless of who speaks it.

It's clear that Eladar may not exactly be the best Christian on the block.

False.
If Jesus was a lie, then words attributed to Him are also a lie.

Why are you missing this?

As a Christian, you are instructed to love your enemies, are you not? We get that from "the words of Jesus". You hope that he dies soon; you consider him an enemy, clearly.

Only God can be the source of truth, which means it can only come from the Word of God.

But let's not let the truth get in the way of your beliefs.

I am not so concerned about making that judgement as I am about exploring what "the words of Jesus" mean to him, in a walk-the-walk kind of way.

Einstein understood the truth of his words.

Jesus understood the truth of His words.

In both cases it is the truth that matters. The truth exists whether or not the person delivering the truth exists. The truth doesn't "crumble" just because the person doesn't exist.

"Jesus understood the truth of His words".

Your argument has crumbled, for if Jesus didn't exist then His words don't exist.

You are not making sense!!!

Explain exactly how this addresses what I wrote.
