I think you mistake yourself for the person you'd like to be.

In your next post explain with no reference to brute belief, that a natural universe supernaturally defies its own law to run down.

Your trillions of eons old never begun universe should have melted away into dark nothing a long time ago.

It could be that you don't see the life, words, deeds of Jesus Christ as credible because you are too lost in your own self love and sin love which keeps you blind to real goodness when it is right in front of your face.

I had a long hard look at Christianity, and I came to the realization that I do not "see the life, words, deeds of Jesus Christ as credible" in the same way as you do. I am not a Christian, sonship.

Good for you. As I have said many a time, if it gives you purpose and meaning, helps you come to terms with the inevitability of death, and if it helps you to treat others in a morally sound way, then I welcome it and wish you all the best. I would not rather die than be stuck with a mind like yours, even reliant as it is on the psychological consolation and solace that your religion gives you. I'd accept being stuck with your mind rather than die.
