Don't care what you are now.

Another point where you views about anything don't mean squat to me.
If you want to reject scripture give a good reason that has to do with scripture.

I asked about the gospel.
Ask your fellow Christians about "the Gospel".

More deflection. You must have posted that I am a liar a dozen times in the last 24 hours. Don't care, eh?

It certainly is not a deflection.

We are born into sin, it is more than just bad choices it is the selfishness that drives and
binds us. So it is our natural state of man, as such it seems right to us, but in the end it is
death. Like the fish whose whole being is within water, it is all we know without the Spirit
of God to change things up in man, to make us, born again.
From an evolutionary POV the organisms of species that have capabilities to keep themselves going until they could reproduce have been more numerous in following generations than those that did not have this capability. Thus, individual acts of "selfishness" lead to species survival and dominance.

This fact has not, so far in evolution, overcome the fact that there are events that end the lives of individuals, that have not been defeated. We all gonna die, it looks like. We do scientific research to avoid it, but not yet successfully.

Some of us accept what has been so far a fact of life. Some of us believe we can escape this fate by certain actions and beliefs, attitudes, rituals, etc.

That's my take on what you say here.

Evolution deals with sin?

If you have a question about the Gospel ask a Christian - which is what I am doing.

I don't blame your God for anything. I don't resent your God for anything. I don't believe in your God.

Your God is not real for me, in either my conscious thought or in the recesses of my subconscious. In this kind of interaction between theist and atheist the elephant in the room is not 'atheist resentment or blame' but the 'theist requirement' ...[text shortened]... proposed deities?

(I advise modifying your Opening if you want to make it to the Endgame).
I didn't accuse you of having subconscious resentment toward the God you consciously deny. I said we Christians see atheist displays of resentment and bitterness as a natural subconscious reaction. We 'see it' like that. No problem with you disagreeing.

The idea was, you presented what is a logical contradiction to you, but Christians don't see it as such.

Edit: My opening doesn't intend to get to an endgame. It is subtle yet aggressive and intends to get it over with in a blaze of glory. However it has weaknesses and if exploited early enough I can castle king side and play a more conventional game. Against good players like you, I don't normally go for it.

I have a question about the perspective of a once Christian, so I asked it, which is what I
am doing. Shame you don't honor mine as I have answered yours.
