0/21 tournaments for clubs

We have asked about this in the past. We still don't have it.
Any chance we can have it for our clubs?

I have a few members who would love such a tournament.

I don't see why all the timebank options are not available for club captains.
I don't run a club but I'll put this post on the M.U.T.I forum and I'm sure Leur will support it.

I'm a fan. They're normally termed 'Hardcore' tournaments. Much more preferable to 3/3 and horrible 3/7 or 7/7 tournaments. Some players wait until almost the last moment of their allotted time before moving - within the rules, but makes for painful games. I can understand making use of the full time occasionally, but every move. How attenuated do we want games to be? There is no fun for me in a game where you lose the feel of the position.

So, "here, here" to 0/21!!
