It’s illegal to storm a government building whilst chanting to hang the vice-president.

Students taking over a university… yeah… pretty much tame and a bit of a laugh.

Excuse me? ….. You, a person who told FMF that his mother should have aborted him in addition to other highly offensive comments about his family and now his choice of atheism have the gall to tell Divegeester that HE is alway rude?

Maybe better to keep your Christian preaching for the spirituality forum. You’re a sham and your God knows it.
I'll bet your garden has no straight lines. You mean to tell me that you never had the gall to tell anyone where they needed to go? Can you see straight? Are you defending the indefensible? Dive is nothing short of insulting just about everyone. He's a first-class misogynist, to begin with, and he's rotten to the core, as he demonstrates with his constant nagging, seeking opportunities to offend others. With his measured insults, choosing his words carefully to avoid banning, it's not difficult for any normal perceptive person to see where Dive is headed.

And I can't believe that Dive has not thrown his rudeness your way. If he hasn't, I can see why by taking him under your wings.

If you are going to admonish me, get it right. I said no such thing about FMF's mother. And as far as gall is concerned, let me tell you that you have plenty of your own.

And by the way, if you are going to label me as a preacher, get that also correct, as I'm the executioner of moral justice, as I see it. And if you don't get off my case, I'll drop off a dozen stray cats in your neighborhood, which are trained to defecate in vegetable gardens.

Bottom line.... you're not excused! But I still love you. Admonishment is a sign of loving care. We are admonishing each other, care-fully.

    P. S. I have invented a cat repellent which will not harm the vegetables nor the cats. And I'm still working on a Dive repellent, but there are a couple of obstacles to overcome.

It is absolutely illegal to try to stop an election.

You can dispute it all you want with assemblies, speech, in the courts, and by petitioning the government for redress.

    You CANNOT interfere with it.

But using public grounds or the property of an institution where you pay tuition in a way that 'irritates' the 'authorities'? Well... it might be mildly illegal - the equivalent of speeding. Or it might mean that the authorities are being stupid and should listen up.

Best to just let it be and see what develops.

You could have quoted the article directly.

You could have read it and after understanding the main points fromualeted a debatable thesis.

So the link points to the fact that the NHS is counting people with XX-chromosomal setup as women adn those with xy as men. I would have thought that you would welcome that, but you titled the thread differently.

    … FMF

It seems pretty clear to me that FMF is gone for good since his bereavement. And whether you loved him or loathed him it is also now clear that he was without doubt one of, if not THE best poster in the two forums he frequented; General and Spirituality.

    Thoughts?
    @Gooster,
To be honest and I've never been one to shy away from saying what is on my mind. The forums are much quieter because people don't have to defend themselves from yourself gooster and fmf ganging up on them as a pair, therefore the nickname the TWINS, seemed fitting for me to call you two.

EDIT2: Calling fmf the best poster is certainly a stretch there are much better posters in the forums who don't belittle anyone or talk down to people as he and you both did, and you still do. If you got away from that, you'd be a lot better looked at by many people.

Paying Stormy was not a crime. If I paid my secretary to be quiet about our evening together , no crime, Y’all can link all you want about the ledger entries, and that pesky defense which revolves round the concept of intent.
You know, just Trump’s ‘what in the hell is this all about’ demeanor evidences his innocence. Your unnatural hate of him is clouding your j ...[text shortened]... just searching for a crime to pop up.

We should prevail with all jurors. But, we only need one.
This has been explained to you at least a dozen times.

Cohen's payment to Daniels was an illegal campaign contribution (for which he pled guilty to).

Trump admitted six years ago he reimbursed Cohen for it.

He did so with checks labeled "legal expenses" and entered in his corporate records as such.

These checks and ledger account entries are false business records and Trump has been charged with Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree.

That is a crime, a Felony in New York.

You should stop listening to propaganda outlets that claim the nonsense you are parroting.

Trump's lawyer, John Sauer, argued before SCOTUS that Joe Biden may stage a coup to remain in power in 2024 and cannot be prosecuted due to Presidential immunity.

JUSTICE KAGAN: "How about if a president orders the military to stage a coup?"

MR. SAUER: "I think that, as the Chief Justice pointed out earlier, where there's a whole series of, you know, sort of guidelines against that, so to speak, like the UCMJ prohibits the military from following a plainfully [sic] unlawful act, if one adopted Justice Alito's test, that would fall outside.

"Now, if one adopts, for example, the Fitzgerald test that we advance, that might well be an official act and he would have to be, as I'll say in response to all these kinds of hypotheticals, has to be impeached and convicted before he can be criminally prosecuted."

So let's say Trump wins the election. Biden stages a coup to prevent Trump taking power because insurrectionists cannot hold elected office and a Democratic Senate doesn't vote to impeach.

Biden then eliminates Trump (e.g. for treason), Justices Thomas and Alito (e.g. for being a-holes) and retires, and President Kamala Harris takes office.

Biden cannot be prosecuted for his "official acts" because the President has absolute immunity as long as he is not impeached.

Trump's lawyer actually argued this logic (although not this example - ha!) before SCOTUS.
