The discrepancy is so small as to be insignificant. Less than 0.02 %, well within tolerance for any election.

And not only in America. The Russians are meddling in UK and German elections, too, instilling the same doubts about the process itself. Putin wants nothing more than to see democracy fail; he wants not to have to go through the charade of stuffing ballot boxes any more. He'd rather just have power w/o having to simulate legitimacy.

that was the count, the count included the fraudulent votes described later in the article .
There were thousands, including duplicates, no signature ect.
Also it was stated the election should not have been certified.
Should not have been certified?
At some point you gotta accept the process can't be perfect but is fundamental to a functioning government.

In short, Cyber Ninjas, who have no experience of voting law, simply did not understand the legal procedures in place to prevent fraud. There was no fraud. There may have been a FEW votes miscounted, but no fraud. "Fraud" means intent to steal an election. Did not happen. Get over it. Move on.

Were voting machines tampered with? No. Did dead people vote? No. Bamboo fibers? No. Forgeries? No. These were all claims made by the Trump team that turned out to be false. What additional fraud are you referring to?
It was accurate. Those changes in the vote totals were insignificant and well within a reasonable number given the millions of votes cast.
