These are the same institutions that allow the students to shut down speakers that are conservative, so screw them.
As anyone here should know by now, I don't play "whataboutism".

I just don't have the time or inclination to research your posts and prove you wrong.

That's a trivial incident on commercial private property handled by the company's management.

What "my position" has to do with it is unclear to say the least.

Again from our libertarian friends at Reason:

" Stefanik had made it clear that "calling for the genocide of Jews" was shorthand for celebrating Hamas-style "resistance," advocating "globalized intifada," aspiring to liberation of Palestine "from the river to the sea," or chanting "there is only one solution: intifada, revolution." So if Magill et al. agreed that "calling for the genocide of Jews" always qualifies as punishable harassment, they would be committed to penalizing students for speech that is clearly protected by their schools' official policies as well as the First Amendment."

You're just playing games with words.
Yes it’s called language.
This whole episode is about playing its words hat exactly what that committee was doing in order to grandstand politically
It’s you that is wilfully falsely pretending that the word intifada is a synonym for genocide
About 18000 gazan civilians have been murdered by the IDF, if now is not it the time for a global intifada then when is. Israel must be reigned in and the US is either not willing or not able to do it

All this BS doesn't matter.
The question put to the college presidents was "Is calling for the genocide of Jews against the university rules?"
....and every one of the over-educated idiots refused to say yes.
THAT is important.
THAT is what matters.

That question was posed while Stefanik was pretending that supporting the intifada was equal to supporting genocide of the Jews, so that students who participated in pro-Palestinian demonstrations could be punished.

Saying "yes" would have meant supporting severe infringements on political speech at the universities.
