Trump encouraged the violence, stood by while it happened and condoned it during and afterward. Moreover, he had advance warning that groups he had summoned to Washington DC that day to "stop the steal" planned violence to prevent the certification of the Electoral College vote.

All the pollies and bureaurats inside the Capitol knew what was happening outside, there are no surprises, they simply pack up their lap tops and proceed to another location where they continue their song and dance politics.
And if anyone were to attempt to plan an insurrection that would have been No.1 as to why it was futile. But of course there was no plan, only those dreamed up in the days after Jan 6th by the vultures, and the reasons for inventing these fictional plans? vindictiveness and maliciousness.

You've never bothered to explain what the legal mechanisms for overturning a certification "5 minutes later" would be, quite possibly because there are none. And the evidence that the mob knew exactly where to go in the Capitol is quite overwhelming; it's public knowledge, I could dig up a map of the building online in a few minutes if you insist.
