One of those Republicans, Neil Gorsuch, wrote an opinion when he was on an appellate court upholding the power of a State to keep someone off a primary ballot because they were constitutionally disqualified from being President because they were not a "Natural Born citizen" as required by the Constitution. He'll have some serious explaining to do if he changes his mind now.

Trump's own lawyers have already pleaded guilty and testified how Trump knew he lost but didn't give a rats ass for that constitution thingy and tried several different ways and means to thwart the election, like the fake elector scheme and his personal phone calls to several different states trying to bully those folks into not certifying the election.
