Note libs never state their position(s) straight about immigration, illegals, etc.

While I have you, in your lengthy post on another thread, reciting all that you would do if you were in control (well-written, BTW), you did not mention what you would do with all of the illegal immigrants, and if you would re-open the border.
What would you do in that regard?

I would remove BP and ICE from harassing American citizens and put them back on the border where they belong. They would stay under DHS management, but hiring procedures would get the microscope treatment. Nobody with even a parking ticket or any history with incarceration would be allowed to apply for BP or ICE jobs. Nearly everyone who is not a career employee with BP or ICE would be replaced. Got a criminal history? You're out. Ever killed anyone, on or off the job? Out. Be clean or be gone.

All undocumented workers currently in the country would be free to apply for citizenship.

As I already said, all undocumented workers, whether they are currently employed or not, are welcome to apply for citizenship. They may keep their job if they have one, apply for a job if they don't, and may stay here while the Naturalization process is worked out. 1 year maximum. After that time, if they are not a citizen, they will be deported.

Those who have been incarcerated for a crime will serve out their sentence. They may apply for citizenship after they have served their time. Their time limit for Naturalization will be six months after release. Habitual offenders will have a 'Three Strikes You're Out' rule placed on them. On the third incarceration, after they serve their time, they will be deported. No excuses.

Any US citizen, birthright or naturalized, shall be allowed to vote, including released offenders. Citizenship shall be the main qualifier.

Official visas shall extend these timelines for the duration of the visa.

Laws of immigration and citizenship have been the same for over 100 years. You people endeavor to change the rules of society, and are now wanting to change the rules of immigration. So does this mean that laws of immigration are wrong in the first place. Does this mean that we should not have to vet people prior to their coming into our country? Do you see how simple my questions are, that you cannot answer?
There is only one answer to everything I just asked. None of which you agree with.

One more thing…Youdid not answer if these people that are not citizens should be allowed to vote. After all, Marsuder I think says since they work and pay taxes, that they should be allowed to vote. Are you in agreement with that?

But given the New World that we live in and Natural Law, and other such new matters of rules of society, do you think that people who are legally here but not citizens should be allowed to vote?

I agree with voting laws. Most are Constitutional.

Non-citizens who are here legally cannot vote in federal elections.

They may vote in some local elections, but this is up to state laws, not federal laws. They may have to follow state residency requirements.
