To be clear, the issue isn't whether DoD was willing to use the DC Guard as support for local law enforcement on January 6th, 2021; everyone concedes they were.
The issue as YOU framed it in the OP is whether Donald Trump authorized 10,000 members of the DC Guard to be deployed that day but was overridden by Nancy Pelosi. There is nothing to support that claim and it is undisputed that A) The President would have had the authority to deploy the DC Guard if he had desired; B) That he never issued an order to do so; C) Nancy Pelosi had no authority in the matter of the DC Guard's deployment.
