I hope the cops are setting up machine guns inside the Capitol Building, in anticipation of fascist scum attempting to storm in when the sun sets.
I doubt that moderate democratic America will elect a Republican POTUS or congress for quite some time.
Hopefully someone in the cabinet will have the gonads to invoke the 25th amendment.

@mghrn55 saidI think Trump has destroyed them by association which is a shame. A democracy needs choices and it seems the only choice the voters will have is between Trump and his rump base and the Democrats.
This will damage the Republicans a lot more than the Democrats.
The centre right will split from trump and ergo split what used to be the Republican / conservative vote. The Dems must think they’ve entered political nirvana.
