no, no one is questioning that it is not wrong. I challenge you to find one person who's siad you're racist for sayign these acts are wrong.

what is wrong is to observe the acts of a few Muslims, who are acting due to perverse culture
not in the name of Islam, and then say "look at how evil Islam is". Why not quote the number of rapes by Crist ...[text shortened]... gers, or the Chinese brick factory slaves and then say that all Chinese are slave traders.
Well, here in the USA, you are not allowed to question things like that. There is no greater social blunder than appearing to be racist.

Would you risk putting him on trial? Think of the political fall out for the judges/jury... will it be a jury of his peers? Will there be riots afterwards?

So if a similar incidence occured in the USA, the perpetrators would not be charged with murder? They would be allowed to go free so the courts would not appear racist?

If the female tourist is white... then she should be expected to follow someone else's culture... if she is not.... then I dont know how you decide which culture wins.
So you're saying someone comming into a country should follow customs put down by the native people?
Then it would follow, surely that we are fools to allow people comming into our country to bring theirs into ours, we shuld ask everyone entering our land to leave such things at the door!
Or dosen't it work both ways?

Well, if you read the papers or listen to the nightly new here, you would know that US law enforcement is highly racist.

The incident back in the new in Britian occured April 2006.

So far one man has been convicted of muder. I think I read today that the father and unclehave fled the contry.

We absolutly would put murders on trial. We do not discriminate against race but try murders of any race or religion in the same way. There has been absolutly no outcry against the trail and to be honest people in this contry would be disgusted if you could get away with murdering someone because of the nationality of their boyfriend.

Whats more racist, chargeing them with murder or not charging them with murder? I'd say not charging them with murder.

You posted that a white woman, I'm asuming you ment a visiter, was in a muslim country on a site where 'twas tradition to cover up, that she ought to also.
I'm asking is it the same for a visiter to our land where 'tis tradition to show one's face in public and open doors for a lady, etc...

None. You live here you obey the laws. I don't think its racist to say that. I don't expect to be able to break other peoples laws. When I was in India I took my shoes off to visit a Mosque. I wouldn't have tried to avoid that because I'm not a Muslim. I did it out of respect. And murder is worse that leaving your shoes on.

don't be stupid. Prove that Muslims, or any race or creed, are above the law in the USA. Or the UK?

Thats not how it works in the US... we follow other races/religions rules/laws and will change our laws to make immigrants feel more comfortable.
