Treaties, alliances, pacts, accords. These are things that we know work. Yes, of course you can run into compliance issues, but these are negotiations. Deals. Things diplomats and ambassadors are good at. They've been doing it forever. It works.

I did not say the election was stolen. I posted a report that said Dominion voting machines did in Antrim County. You claimed it was a lie without evidence. Either report could be a lie, but you chose to believe the one you wanted to.

Dominion would have to sue to prove it is a lie and they did not do that. So perhaps it is not a lie.
