Well, Marauder, the State of Oregon restricts local police from transferring individuals to federal immigration custody. Unbelievable.
What is your point? Could both be stretching the law, or, could both be all OK with these positions, both of which violate some statutes and local laws, and the dictates of local governments. I would win a legal action proving that the entry on the DL is a lie. Curious : Does it say tranee, or does it just have an F for female on the license. Are they female?
