Looking at ICE

You view the law as an obscurity. A loose pipe in the basement violates a building code law. Bring in the $140 billion goon squad to enforce it. But how is killing people justified when the enforcement is about paperwork? You arrest a janitor working at a school forcing the school to close for weeks? For what?

You are making morality deals with the wrong people. History ...[text shortened]... t with the libs over it. But enforcement? Not like this. This is immoral, and the world is watching.
It wouldn’t be the tragedy it is today if everyone followed, obeyed, and enforced the law instead of trying to circumvent it.

It isn’t a waste to uphold the law, but maybe you see it that way.
There is nothing in law mandating that local police do the Federal government's job.

There is nothing in law mandating that massive numbers of Federal agents be deployed in areas run by political opponents of the President. This is theater, not any principled attempt to enforce law; a particularly laughable assertion when it is done by a convicted felon with a recent history of pardoning those who attacked police, committed massive fraud and were involved in huge drug dealing conspiracies.

Minneapolis is essentially under Federal military occupation.

You are not looking at the root cause; you are looking at the outcome of a lawless government that is only interested in a narrative against those who want the rule of law applied! Border control is ICE’s job; those entering the country illegally are to be removed by law It is ugly, not because of ICE, but because those who want this refuse to hold anyone accountable for ...[text shortened]... is not a big deal on the left, from taking money earmarked for others to protecting voter integrity.
This recent poll says US voters by a 51% to 31% say that the way ICE is performing its enforcement actions are making cities less safe rather than safer.https://www.cnn.com/2026/01/14/politics/ice-minnesota-cnn-poll

You think we should set aside laws for popular oppions?

They are not in there in force except where the local authories do not arrest and detain the worse of the worst.

You can tell where those places are by the lack of outrage over American children’s deaths, or when they are harmed. In those cities they do not get protests and news conferences following things like that!

Even the hate mongers here don’t protests why the laws were not enforced.

I repeat; nothing ICE is doing now is mandated by law.

And public policy should be generally in line with public opinion in a representative democracy unless it clashes with individual rights.

Your first sentence is an untruth and probably a lie; I've already shown that most of their enforcement actions are hardly directed at the "worst of the worst" but instead at people doing little more than working and raising families. Deporting them is not required and is, indeed, foolish public policy in a country with a worker shortage and a low birth rate.

Local police are responsible for providing lawful protection for ANYONE in their jurisdiction.

I know you want to cling to your lies about the Trump conviction by a liberal bunch of judges and courts, the Jan 6 setup ect.

The fact is you are failing.

Normal people voted for Trump to clean this mess up.

Look at the people on these videos…most are ugly as sin, hating the world because of it. Then you have the sex freaks, men wanting to be women, queers ect.

NORMAL people have had enough.

Where were you , being so concerned about the law, when millions of illegal migrants were pouring into the country unvetted?

Why are you against police rounding up child rapist and murderers?

The politicians and your fuked up lifestyle havd blinded you to the truth!

If local law enforcement helped reduce errors and bad things from occuring, you want it both ways.

The only right someone has who is in this country illegally is to be removed.

"Rapists and murderers" are an insignificant number of those detained by ICE and literally no one opposes their arrests.

"ICE has arrested about 281,000 people since January 20, carrying forward through December 9 the daily average for October when the publicly available data end. The DHS “worst of the worst” data include 9,800 individuals. Therefore, DHS has classified just 4 percent of ICE arrests as “the worst of the worst.”

https://www.cato.org/blog/dhs-classifies-just-4-ice-arrests-worst-most-nonviolent-offenses-0

Note even DHS' "worst of the worst" list has only 42.8% or 4,226 of those arrested last year in the entire country being charged or convicted of a violent offense.

The majority with no convictions? Unlike the head of the Executive Branch.

Correct…along with the politicians that allowed this invasion
