Is it more tax cuts for the rich? Raise money by gutting Medicaid and SNAP even further? Pay clean energy sectors even more tax money to *not* create businesses?

With regards to climate change:
According to reports analyzing the quote, the 12-year timeline (referencing 2030) came from a 2018 UN IPCC report. That scientific report stated global carbon emissions needed to drop significantly by 2030 to prevent global temperatures from rising past 1.5°C and avoiding the worst impacts of climate change.
Meanwhile, we’re close to reaching the 1,5 degrees and it’s willful ignorance to deny the consequences.
Calling it fear to simply address climate change is like standing on the train tracks with a train moving towards and not getting out of the way because that would indicate you’re be scared.
Rightwingers typically reject science when its conclusions happen to clash with what the rightwingers want.

I'm not watching your vid, conservatives are notorious liars which is why Republicans didn't want fact-checking during the presidential debates.
1) As noted, no bill was needed because the border could be secured with existing law, as Trump likes to say, "All you needed was a new President."
2) It continued to fund the NGO's that had created an immigrant pipeline into the US, and it continued sending money to "sanctuary" cities and states that were being overwhelmed by the influx from that pipeline.
3) It created a "Border Emergency Authority" that could supposedly be used to close the border under extraordinary circumstances. To trigger it, illegal alien encounters at the border had to average 4,000 DAILY for seven days. However, unaccompanied children, anyone claiming fear of persecution, anyone already in the US for 14 days, or anyone who had already made it 100 miles past the border DIDN'T COUNT in that total. There were limits on the number of days the emergency authority could be active in a year, and the President could override it at anytime anyway. All it did was codify the notion that a continual daily flow of 3,999 illegals into the US, plus all the others not allowed to be counted, was just peachy.
4) It did nothing to stop catch and release, and changed the meaning of "detention" to "non-custodial detention", meaning simply release into the US.
It was complete BS.
